    • 50 Skinners Shoot Rd, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia | We are located outside the centre of town, at 50 Skinners Shoot Road. We are approx. 400 metres past the Arts Factory Lodge, on the right hand side. There is a sign saying ‘Byron Yoga Centre’ at the entrance of our driveway. We will be looking out for you, but if you can’t see me or another staff member, head up the hill towards the reception desk and ring the doorbell and someone will be around to help.

You'll take a short break to enjoy herbal teas and fresh fruit, followed by a 90-minute slow yoga flow, designed to awaken the body gently, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm presence. Following the practice, enjoy a wholesome vegetarian lunch prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Take time to fully unwind with a 60-minute cedar sauna session, swim in the heated 20-meter mineral salt pool, or relax in one of the tranquil garden spaces and retreat areas. Leave feeling centered, energized, and refreshed, ready to embrace the day with clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of well-being.
