Your tasting is divided into four 15-minute sections, each focusing on a different chapter of Hungary’s wine culture.

We begin with an introduction to Hungary’s most important wine regions and the foundations of professional wine tasting. You’ll learn how to evaluate aromas, acidity, texture and balance while enjoying a light sparkling wine to set the tone.

In the second part, Pablo presents three distinctive Hungarian white wines from local producers. As you taste, he shares stories about the grape varieties, terroir and winemaking traditions that make these whites so unique.

The third section brings colour and depth: you’ll move on to a refreshing rosé and two well-structured red wines, discovering how climate and craftsmanship shape each style.

We finish the experience with the Hungarian miracle wine: Tokaji Aszú and a relaxed conversation where Pablo answers questions and gives personal recommendations for bottles to try during your stay in Budapest.

Throughout the tasting, we serve a curated cheese and snack selection designed to complement the wines and create a cozy, enjoyable atmosphere.
