Discover a different side of Brisbane with a 2-hour kayak hire on the Brisbane River. Launch from Kangaroo Point and explore at your own pace, paddling beneath the iconic Story Bridge or towards vibrant South Bank. Take in the city skyline, riverside parklands and the buzz of Brisbane from a fresh perspective.

Swap the busy streets for time on the water and enjoy an outdoor adventure in the heart of the city. Whether you’re exploring with a friend or getting a group together, kayak hire gives you the freedom to set your own pace.

Before you head out, our experienced team will provide a safety briefing, explain your equipment and outline the permitted paddling area.

Previous kayaking experience and confidence on the water are required for this self-guided hire. You don’t need to be an expert, but you must be comfortable handling your kayak independently. We recommend paddling with at least one other person to share the adventure.
