Start your day with 3 delicious mini bowls of ramen, each about 1/3 the size of full bowls. Learn all about this popular Japanese dish from our expert ramen guide and explore a lively Tokyo neighborhood in Shinjuku in the morning.

You'll visit 2 different ramen shops in Shinjuku. At a nearby coffee shop, you'll first learn about ramen basics and you will be quizzed on your ramen knowledge too. Then comes visiting the actual ramen shops. At the first shop you can enjoy 2 mini bowls of ramen (tasty, classic Tokyo shoyu ramen) while our guide tells you about the history of ramen and shoyu (soy sauce) ramen's importance. At the second ramen shop you can indulge in yet another mini bowl + gyoza dumplings while you learn about other ramen styles and tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen!
