This extraordinary sport will forever change your idea of going out to the mountains, living an extraordinary experience on the river waves, with friends. It is a completely different way to spend time in nature, a different kind of physical exercise, adrenaline and unforgettable memories. The crew of a boat consists of 4-8 participants + 1 guide. Rafting boats are very stable special boats, built from a material that is very resistant to friction and impacts. Before starting the rafting descent, the crew will be trained on how the activity will proceed and everything that needs to be done during the entire descent, as well as actions in special cases. The meeting place is in the locality of Nehoiasu, part of the city of Nehoiu, in the parking lot behind the hydroelectric power plant. Our team of instructors has extensive experience in sports and recreational rafting, with hundreds of descents to their credit.
Participation
Any person aged 12 or over can participate in the rafting tours organized by RoAdventure, regardless of physical condition or previous knowledge of this sport.

The voucher holder will reserve their place for a specific date, based on the series on the voucher. If for some reason they cannot participate on that date, they have the option to postpone their arrival. The postponement is made at least 3 days before the original date.

Participants will be required to wear a helmet and a life jacket.
Ready-made groups can choose the day they participate in the rafting tour, depending on availability.

Participants will receive appropriate equipment for river rafting, consisting of a wetsuit and neoprene shoes, to ensure thermal comfort when in contact with the water, so that regardless of the water temperature or in rainy conditions, the body does not feel the low temperature.

The rafting route starts upstream from Nehoiu, in the village of Nehoiasu, and is approximately 12 km long, up to Chirlesti. The river sections have rapid areas that create strong sensations, but also areas with natural pools, where the team can get out of the boats and cool off. The difficulty level of the route is medium, the risks are practically non-existent, so river rafting is suitable for everyone.
