Departures every Saturday for a half-day excursion to Saint-Émilion, one of the region’s most iconic medieval villages. Immerse yourself in the charm of this UNESCO World Heritage site as you wander through its cobbled streets and discover its rich history. The highlight of the visit is the monolithic church, a remarkable structure carved directly into the rock, which stands as a unique underground treasure in Europe. Continue your journey among the surrounding vineyards with a visit to a local wine château. Learn the art of tasting Saint-Émilion wines from skilled sommeliers and experience firsthand the elegance and depth of this renowned appellation. From April to October 2026:
Monday & Sunday: Explore Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO village, and visit its underground church, followed by a wine tour and tasting at a Château.
Tuesday & Saturday: Visit the Médoc, with two Château visits and tastings, showcasing its famous wine appellations.
Wednesday: Discover Graves and Sauternais regions with two Château visits and tastings of wines from both areas.
Thursday: Immerse in the Entre-deux-Mers region, with two Château visits and tastings in this intimate, picturesque area.
Friday: Visit the UNESCO-listed Citadel of Blaye, then enjoy a wine tasting at a Château in Bourg or Blaye.
Depart from Bordeaux Tourist Office at 1:30 PM, return by 6:30 PM.
