Embark on a safe and exhilarating introduction to the underwater world with our Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience in Boracay. Designed exclusively for beginners with no prior certification, this half-day adventure takes you from the beach to the ocean floor, guided by professional instructors every step of the way. A Step-by-Step Journey

1. Meet & Greet with our Friendly Tour Guide
   Your adventure begins at our convenient meeting point: Astoria Station 1 Beach Front, in front of the Tiger Sugar Cafe.

2. Comprehensive Briefing & Theory
   Before getting wet, you’ll join a clear and engaging orientation session. A certified PADI Instructor or Dive Master will explain the fundamentals:

-The principles of breathing underwater and equalizing pressure.
-An introduction to the scuba equipment you’ll be using.
-Essential hand signals for underwater communication.
-Key safety rules and procedures to ensure a confident, comfortable dive.

1. Gear Up with Expert Assistance
   You’ll be fitted with high-quality, professional scuba gear, including a mask, fins, wetsuit, regulator, and a Buoyancy Control Device (BCD)—the vest that holds your tank. Our team will help you put everything on and ensure a perfect, comfortable fit.

2. Shallow Water Training
   In the calm, confined shallow water near the beach, your instructor will guide you through a few essential skills, such as:

-Breathing naturally through the regulator.
-Clearing water from your mask.
-Regaining your regulator. This practice session builds confidence in a controlled environment.

1. The Boat Ride & Dive Site Departure
   Board a local boat for a short, scenic ride to one of Boracay’s prime, beginner-friendly dive sites. Enjoy the views of the famous white coastline from the water.

2. The Guided Discovery Dive
   Led by your personal Dive Master or Instructor, you’ll descend to a maximum depth of 6 meters (20 feet). For approximately 30-40 minutes, you’ll:

-Experience the sensation of weightlessness as you hover above stunning coral gardens.
-Encounter Boracay’s diverse marine life—from colorful parrotfish and clownfish to maybe even a turtle.
-Explore safely, with your guide always by your side to point out wonders and ensure your comfort.

1. Return & Celebration
   After surfacing, you’ll board the boat and return to the beach. Back at the dive shop, you’ll celebrate your achievement and receive your well-earned Discover Scuba Diving participation certificate—a memento of your first underwater adventure.
