What you can expect

Enjoy taking a tour with the first company on Bora Bora to make open to the public the migration phenomenon of whales in the area. With over 20 years of experience in the approach and the observation of these marine mammals, your guide will be happy to share and convey this passion with the utmost greatest respect for the animal.

Enthusiasts of humpback whales will be welcome to share some unforgettable moments in meeting these giant of the ocean. Your boat will be equipped with a directional hydrophone, which will offer exceptional sound quality for listening to the whales' majestic songs.

The humpback whales season runs in Polynesia from august to November (depending on the year), throughout which time they come to give birth and to reproduce.

We offer a whale watching excursion which lasts 3h30 and which takes place in the ocean around the island outside the lagoon. The first goal is to look for whales and then enjoy the moment if you find any, we specify that 100% does not exist, it may happen not to find them, or not to be able to get into the water with them, like finding them in 5 minutes or after several hours is very random and totally beyond our control, but also know that if unfortunately you do not see them during the excursion. There will be no refund or reduction, however it is not impossible to encounter other species but the excursion will remain primarily focused on the whales. We cannot say if the morning is better than the afternoon, several criteria and/or conditions make each moment different, the animal the only thing to know is that the crew will do their best to ensure that. is the best time and nature will do the rest.
Please note that the guide gives a briefing at the start of each excursion during which he will explain the progress, the launching and safety instructions so as not to disturb the animal and put yourself in danger, so if you do not If you are not a good swimmer, or if you have health problems, please let us know. (This briefing will be done in French and English if necessary depending on the origin of each participant).
We also insist on the fact that if there is a launch you will have to swim more than 100M in the ocean and therefore be in good physical condition and comfortable in the water.
We would also like to point out that we cannot guarantee the sun, if it rains but there is no strong to violent wind which could generate a large swell, the excursion will neither be canceled nor refunded).
We advise you not to wait too long to book because this excursion is very popular and our boat can only take 10 people per 3.5 hour excursion morning or afternoon. In addition, it is better to reserve more at the beginning of your stay than at the end in case of unforeseen weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay you.
To confirm your excursion, it is imperative to contact us by email. No launching will be possible without equipment. If you don't have it, we can provide it give us your fin sizes
