The experience offers different tasting itineraries designed to give you a complete overview of the great traditional wines, guided by expert staff who will tell you about the characteristics, aromas, and ideal pairings of each glass.

Each tasting opens with a welcome bubbly and continues with a selection of carefully chosen wines, accompanied by a rich platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. The platter includes salami, ham, sbriciolona, dried sausages, and pecorino di Pienza in different ages, designed to best enhance each taste.

The experience is available in two different options, with a selection of three or four wines and a variable duration, so as to adapt to the time and preferences of each guest. There's also a kids' option, with a small platter and a drink of your choice.
