Through my cooking classes, you will learn some important secrets of local and Italian cuisine, take home a piece of our tradition, and be able to recreate and relive it whenever you want!
The experience lasts about three hours and you can choose between different options: prepare an entire four-course menu (appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert), make different pestos with local herbs, or learn how to make fresh handmade pasta!
For each type of cooking class, I will personally purchase the necessary ingredients and guide you through their preparation, followed by a tasting accompanied by a good local wine.
In case of allergies, intolerances, or special needs, it is possible to modify the menu or make gluten-free pasta. Just let me know in advance so that I can create the perfect experience for you!
The location of this all-Italian experience is in Praiano, a picturesque village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, but it may vary depending on the number of participants.
