Beach Fit Punta Cana is a one-hour intense bodyweight only (no weights) fitness routine to sweat and burn lots of calories fast while listening to great music by the beach.
The difficulty level of the session will be set according to the fitness background of the participants. No worries, we’ll take water breaks :)
Breakdown of the experience:
-Meet & Greet (5 mins)
-Warm up exercises (10 mins)
-Full Bodyweight Routines (30 mins)
-Cool down exercises (10 mins)
-Wrap up & goodbyes (5 mins)
Participants should wear comfortable gym clothes and shoes and bring a towel. Water bottles will be provided.
