Immerse yourself in a sensory journey without leaving the table: the Mallín Wine Experience is a guided tasting that combines the best of Argentine wine with a signature culinary offering inspired by the flavors, textures, and landscapes of Patagonia.
Over the course of five courses, you will journey through four of Argentina's winemaking regions: the North, Mendoza, Northern Patagonia, and Southern Patagonia. Each wine is carefully selected to reflect the identity of its terroir and paired with dishes specially designed to bring out its notes, body, and character. The experience is guided by specialists who will introduce you to the secrets of each grape variety, its characteristics, its stories, and its contrasts.
It all takes place in a charming and unique atmosphere: a space with the ambiance of an old Patagonian warehouse, combining warmth, vintage details, and Southern charm. In addition, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available, so everyone can enjoy this journey of flavors.
The Taste Journey includes:
Step 1: Riesling (Northern Patagonia) – Trout, sesame, aioli, and avocado.
Step 2: Torrontés (Northern Argentina) – Cheese, pistachio, and humita (steamed corn husk-filled dish).
Course 3: Garnacha (Mendoza) – Mushrooms, slow-cooked egg, and Verdeo lettuce.
Course 4: Malbec (Mendoza) – Beef, elderberry teriyaki, and parsnip.
