It all starts with a theoretical class, where we will show you the gear you will be using, teach you the basic diving concepts you need for the activity, and explain how to conduct yourself during the dive. We will also show you the hand signals we use to communicate underwater and give you an overview of the underwater environment and scenery.
Once the theory session is over, we gear up and head to the lake. With the water at waist height, we will ask you to breathe through the regulator while kneeling in the water. Next, we'll ask you to lie down and practice diving in shallow water so that you can get used to the feeling.
When you feel ready and comfortable, we'll begin the dive proper. Although we will initially accompany you for your comfort, we will eventually let you explore on your own. We will show you the typical flora and fauna of the lake, take photos of your experience, and finally return to the surface.
