What you can expect

  • Experience an exciting morning adventure at Mount Batur, combining sunrise views, off-road exploration, and an ATV ride across volcanic terrain.

Begin your journey early with a guided 4x4 jeep ride to one of Mount Batur’s best sunrise viewpoints. As the sun rises, enjoy panoramic views over the volcano and Lake Batur while taking in the cool mountain atmosphere.

After sunrise, continue your jeep exploration through dramatic black lava fields and volcanic landscapes formed by past eruptions. Along the way, stop to capture photos and learn more about the area’s unique geology from your guide.

Next, switch to an ATV ride in the black sand area, where you’ll drive across wide volcanic sand, lava rocks, and forest trails. This guided ATV experience is suitable for beginners and offers an adventurous way to explore Mount Batur’s rugged surroundings.

A light breakfast, hot coffee or tea, and bottled water are provided during the tour. Depending on the option selected, hotel transfers, Kintamani area tickets, and a visit to a nearby hot spring may be included.

This tour is designed to combine scenic views and outdoor adventure in one memorable Mount Batur experience.
