Our first stop will be Las Teresitas Beach, located in the village of San Andres.
We will then head to the Anaga Rural Park, a Biosphere Reserve due to the exceptional preservation of its natural resources. We will cross a large part of the Anaga massif to reach the village of Taganana, where you can discover its terraced tropical fruit and vegetable fields. We will have lunch at a traditional Canarian restaurant, where you can savor local specialties and local wine in an authentic setting.
On the way to the Cruz del Carmen Lookout, an ancient crossroads located at an altitude of 920 meters in the Anaga Mountains, within the Anaga Rural Park. This point connected the hamlets of the Anaga highlands to La Laguna, the island's former capital, serving as a key to accessing the mountain's resources and a gateway for transporting its products. The Anaga Mountains are covered in a dense, humid forest composed of different varieties of endemic and unique laurels.
Departure for La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we will enjoy a magnificent walking tour of the historic center, composed of perpendicular cobblestone streets that served as inspiration for the design of certain colonial cities in America, such as Havana and Cartagena de Indias. There you'll find convents, palaces, the cathedral, churches, and a large number of 16th-century mansions, each hiding the jewels of Canarian patios with tea-wood balconies.
End of the excursion and return to the hotel.
