Your experience begins in Cali, where we will start our overland journey to Buenaventura. As we progress, the landscape changes: the city is left behind, and the Pacific rainforest begins to set the pace.
From the port, we will take a boat to Juanchaco, in Bahía Málaga, one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in Colombia. Upon arrival, you will check into your accommodation and experience your first encounter with the ocean and the tranquility of the surroundings.
On the second day, you will explore waterfalls such as La Sierpe, El Ostional, and La Maestra, surrounded by tropical rainforest. You will also sail through mangroves and discover intertidal caves, natural formations sculpted by the ocean. You will hike between Ladrilleros and La Barra, connecting with the local culture and the region.
As night falls, you will enjoy a special experience around the campfire, accompanied by a tasting of traditional Pacific spirits. Next, you will venture into the sea to witness the bioluminescent plankton, a natural phenomenon in which every movement illuminates the water.
On Day 3, after breakfast, you will begin your return journey by boat to Buenaventura, followed by a road transfer to Cali, bringing to a close an experience that combines nature, culture, and personal connection.
Includes transportation from Cali, accommodation, full board, guided activities, and medical insurance.
