    The food is made in a wood-fired oven built from lava stones, using a method similar to that of our ancestors and giving it an unmistakable flavor that cannot be found in local restaurants.

    Besides the food, the drink is always present and I give tips of the best wines and we talk above all about what characterizes us as islanders in the middle of this immense ocean.

    Main ingredient is the passion that is dedicated to the preparation of the recipes

    (Can request the opening of some date to be agreed, depending on the number of people.)

    We speak English and Spanish and then the wine speaks for itself :)
