Departure at 9 a.m. to the Abismo de Puncupata, travelling approximately 2 hours on an almost 100% asphalted road. Along the way we will observe the wild flora and fauna of the highlands of Ayacucho. The most striking thing is the number of vicuñas that can be found on the last stretch until we reach the Abismo de Puncupata.
The vehicle will leave us very close to the abyss. Once in this place, we will enjoy the biggest abyss that exists in Ayacucho, it is worth mentioning that it is not suitable for acrophobic people, as the cliff is very immense and strong as it is close to the shore. However, the community has already enabled and/or built a pedestrian path for visitors who want to discover this new tourist destination.
