You’ll then follow step-by-step guidance through each recipe, actively participating in the process while enjoying drinks and learning the culinary culture of Mexico. The experience finishes with a shared meal, featuring all the dishes cooked during the class. Participants Will Learn: How to prepare traditional Mexico City dishes. The cultural significance of each recipe and the importance of local ingredients. Techniques and cooking methods unique to the region. This experience happens in the safety of our guide's home and not in a culinary studio. You'll get a glimpse into how locals live, cook and eat.
