Our cooking class is more than just a lesson – it’s an immersive experience that allows you to truly connect with Italian culture. You’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into the history and traditions of Italian cuisine. But the best part is at the end of the class, when you’ll get to enjoy the result of your labor by sitting down to savor the dishes you’ve prepared, all followed by a bottle of really good Italian Wine! Hosted in a modern and stylish flat, our class offers a true Italian experience that every tourist should try. We start with an Italian aperitivo with a selection of one of the best olive oils and balsamic vinegars in Italy (with artisan bread). During the class, you’ll learn how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch, including pasta or gnocchi, as well as the famous and traditional dessert, tiramisù. Our instructors will guide you through the process, sharing the tips and tricks that make Italian food so special. You’ll learn about the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and how to combine flavors to create mouth-watering dishes.
