While bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon and can never be guaranteed, we operate during peak season and carefully plan each trip around the best conditions. In the rare case that bioluminescence isn't visible during your tour (as verified by your guide on the night*), we offer either a 50% refund or a complimentary repeat tour.

As the Managing Director he insists on a very low guide ratio of 1 GUIDE TO 6 CUSTOMERS, this ensures that safety is first and that every participant gets personal service that is second to none.
