What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The remaining taxes payable are only acceptable or receiveable in cash upon arrival at check-in, either in MXN or USD.
- The minimum age to operate an ATV is 16 years old (with parent/guardian approval).
- Lockers are available for guests who need to store personal belongings. In some cases, using a locker is required before joining the activities. For safety reasons, items such as backpacks, handbags, jewelry, watches, selfie sticks, action cameras, loose accessories, or anything that may hang from the body cannot be taken on the ATV route, zipline circuit, or cenote activity. These objects must be placed in a locker before participating. This rule is applied to reduce the risk of accidents, damage, falls, entanglement, or injury during the adventure activities. Guests may keep small personal items such as prescription glasses, sunglasses, bandanas, sports headphones, or rings. Travelers who choose not to store restricted items will not be allowed to take part in the corresponding activities, according to the park’s safety procedures. We recommend bringing only the essentials, such as a phone, ID, and wallet, preferably carried in secure zippered pockets or in a compact waist bag that stays close to the body.
- The food served during this excursion consists of fixed local Mexican dishes prepared as part of the same menu for all participants. At this time, meals cannot be modified or adapted for dietary requirements, allergies, personal tastes, food restrictions, or special preferences.
- Travelers who are 3 months pregnant or older cannot participate in these activities for safety reasons.
- Travelers with conditions that impair motor skills (for example, but not limited to, medical issues) cannot participate in the activities for safety reasons.
