    • Drivers must be at least 15 years old and must be in good physical and mental condition to safely operate the ATV.
    • Guests must strictly follow the instructions of the tour guide or instructor throughout the activity. The tour operator reserves the right to stop any unsafe riding or inappropriate behavior without refund.
    • The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
    • For the 2-hour ATV tour, please bring dry clothes to change into after swimming at the waterfall.
    • Please note that swimming may not be possible during the dry season (March–May) due to low or no water levels.
    • For ATV Solo options, 1 traveler means 1 rider on 1 ATV.
    • For ATV Duo options, 1 traveler means 1 ATV for 2 people, with 1 driver and 1 passenger. For example, if you select 1 traveler, your booking includes 1 ATV for up to 2 people. If you select 5 travelers, your booking includes 5 ATVs for up to 10 people.
    • ATV damages are not covered under personal injury insurance.
    • A maximum of 24 participants can join the ATV tour per session.
    • Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
    • Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. And individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
