Chef Maria will walk you through the process of creating traditional “siropiasto” orange pie.
We will gather in a colorful neighborhood of Athens at a traditional Greek pastry shop.

The workshop will start with an exploration of local sweets and an opportunity to prepare your own dessert under Maria's supervision.

She will teach you the unique recipe of the PORTOKALOPITA from A to Z.
You will mix and bake fresh and aromatic ingredients and have your personal dessert.
In the end, you taste it with Greek coffee and take the rest with you.
