Overview

Embark from Rome on a journey to discover three sacred places in Umbria. A comfortable private minivan will pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Rome to take you to Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis. You will visit the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the Porziuncola, a place of prayer. With your local Guide you will explore the medieval streets, St. Francis Basilica and St. Clare Basilica. Finally, together with your tour assistant, you will reach the church that houses the body of the beatified Charles Acutis. Since admission is free, it will only be possible to access if waiting times allow, depending on the turnout at the time. After the tour, free time to enjoy lunch.
