- LUGGAGE SIZE LIMITS: For a luxury CAR, the maximum trunk space is for 2 large suitcases (normal size) and 1 medium suitcase (normal size). For a Luxury VAN: Each passenger can carry a maximum of 1 large and 1 small suitcase.
- As previously indicated: It is not possible to transport large items other than suitcases. For example: Surfboards, large golf club bags. If you find that you have a large item, you must inform us so we know if it is possible to transport it.
- We ask for your special attention. In accordance with Portuguese law. We inform your Excellency of the maximum space for carrying suitcases. information previously indicated. According to Portuguese road safety law: It is not possible to transport suitcases on seats in passenger vehicles. If you exceed the number of suitcases stated and all space information, it will be entirely your responsibility and no refund will be made.
- If you do not inform us 48 hours in advance of your trip and if you exceed the stated space for the number of suitcases, it will be your sole responsibility and the trip may be denied without any type of refund.
- This trip is not about visiting Lisbon or Porto themselves; these cities only serve as departure and arrival points, while the journey is meant to discover the towns and monuments listed along the route from Lisbon to Porto or from Porto to Lisbon.
- No refunds are made due to no-shows.
- After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting at Lisbon Airport, if no one arrives and we receive no contact or information, it will be considered a "no-show.
