What you can expect

Our tour begins with the significance of corn during an explanation of the importance of this sacred grain in Mayan culture, the creation of man according to the Popol Vuh, the sacred book of the Maya. Nahuales protect us according to the Mayan worldview.
Experience the preparation of a typical Guatemalan dish, its meaning, ingredients, and variations according to the region of the country.
The dish is prepared from scratch, with fresh ingredients, step by step, as are the white tamales that accompany it.
Our kitchen is wood-fired, which gives the dish a unique and traditional flavor. The activity lasts approximately two hours, and at the end of the process, you will taste the prepared dish.
