What you can expect

Begin your day visiting the town of San José de Maipo, the gateway to the Cajón del Maipo. Explore its main square and the San José Church, a National Monument, and learn about the history and heritage of this charming town.

Next, we visit the local café Adicción del Maipo, known for its artisanal chocolates and herbal infusions. Here, you’ll receive an explanation about the origin, processes, and production of chocolate, offering insight into the traditions and flavors of the Andes region.

The journey continues to the El Yeso Reservoir, located 2,500 meters above sea level and surrounded by the peaks of the Andes Mountains. Its turquoise waters and natural setting make it an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the mountains. The tour includes a relaxed walk around the reservoir, time for photos, and an outdoor brunch with spectacular views of this unique landscape.

Finally, we head to the Santuario del Río, where you’ll be welcomed with a Pisco Sour before enjoying a Chilean lunch, accompanied by wine or a beverage of your choice. End the day relaxing in the Santuario’s facilities, which include heated and outdoor pools, spa, and hot tubs, all set in a stunning natural environment.
