What you can expect

  • Begin the tour at the Norsk Tindesenter and make your way up the Randers Wall, a climbing route up to Nesaksla that was completed in September 2024. The route runs near Vestveggen and goes through the easier parts of the existing route.

    On the international Via Ferrata scale, it is graded average C, but some sections that are graded D. Unlike the other routes, the Randers wall will follow the formations in the mountain and have fewer installations in the form of ladder steps. After climbing the Randers wall, you will have the chance to climb the last part of the Vestveggen, which contains the cable bridge and a climbing section on B/C.

    Good physical fitness and climbing experience are recommended. The tour is not suitable for people with fear of heights.
