Sunday & Monday

-Homemade Dutch apple pie in one of Amsterdam’s most famous brown cafés
-Fresh baguette topped with Dutch grillworst—a warm, spiced pork sausage—served with honey-mustard sauce, mayonnaise, pine nuts, and rocket salad at a boutique deli shop
-Dutch shrimp croquette from the legendary Amsterdam patisserie Patisserie Holtkamp
-Freshly grilled Javanese chicken satay served with peanut sauce, cassava kroepoek, and sambal, followed by handmade Indonesian spekkoek (layered cinnamon cake)
-Three artisan soft and hard Dutch cheeses, served with crackers and quince pear, plus ossenworst (smoked beef sausage) served with pickles and mustard

Tuesday to Friday

-Homemade Dutch apple pie in one of Amsterdam’s most famous brown cafés
-Dutch ossenworst (smoked beef sausage) and grillworst (flavoured porksausage) at a 130-year-old family butcher shop
-Pick up a selection of three farmhouse Dutch cheeses from a boutique deli shop
-Enjoy a Dutch wine tasting in a private speakeasy room, perfectly paired with the cheeses (non-alcoholic or beer options are available)
-Try the famous Dutch herring, fried cod, and smoked eel at a local fish shop
-Conclude the tour at the former 17th-century headquarters of the Dutch West India Company—the birthplace of New York—now a vibrant and stylish spot for traditional bitterballen

Saturday

-Indonesian (former Dutch colony) satay with sides at the Saturday Lindengracht market
-Pick up a selection of three farmhouse Dutch cheeses from a boutique deli shop
-Enjoy a Dutch wine tasting in a private speakeasy room, perfectly paired with the cheeses (non-alcoholic or beer options are available)
-Try the famous Dutch herring, fried cod, and smoked eel at a local fish shop
