Pasquale will show you how to make real Neapolitan pizza dough, using a simple recipe that has been in the family for generations. Work the dough by hand, learn how to stretch it properly, and prepare the tomato sauce just the way they do. There’s no rush, no pressure — just flour on your hands and time to enjoy the process.

Next comes one of the most special moments: making traditional Fior di Latte. Starting from warm, fresh milk from the farm, be guided through the process step by step. See how Fior di Latte is born and understand why it tastes so different when it’s made this way. And yes — this mozzarella goes straight onto your pizza.

Your pizza will be cooked in the wood-fired oven, the way it has always been done here. Learn how the fire, the heat, and just a few minutes in the oven transform simple ingredients into something unforgettable.

Throughout the experience, taste Pasquale’s homemade organic wine, produced from the family's own grapes. Visit the cellar, where the wine is made and stored. It’s not a formal tasting — it’s how they drink wine at home, with food, conversation, and stories.

To finish, Rosanna will teach you how to prepare lemon tiramisù, using lemons picked from the trees and homemade limoncello. It’s fresh, light, and full of Amalfi Coast flavor — a dessert often made for family and friends.

When everything is ready, eat the pizza you made, enjoy the tiramisù, drink wine, talk, laugh, and take your time. As the sun goes down, the garden fills with that quiet, happy feeling that comes from good food and good company.
