Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Alsace by discovering the Maison Zeyssolff, a family-run wine estate since 1850, located in Gertwiller, between Strasbourg and Colmar, on the famous Alsatian Wine Route.

Your experience begins in the cellar with a commented tasting of several wines from Alsace, mainly from organic farming. You will discover the emblematic grape varieties of our region, our know-how and the passion that has driven our family for several generations.

Before entering the cellar, an educational video, accessible to adults and children, will explain the different stages of the elaboration of Alsace wines, from the vine to the bottle.

You will then discover our historic cellar dating from 1850, where impressive hundred-year-old oak barrels still used for the breeding of some of our cuvées. You will also be able to admire one of the treasures of our heritage: a remarkable barrel with the family coat of arms that was presented at a 1900 Universal Exhibition, testimony to the know-how of Alsatian coopers and the richness of the regional wine heritage.

The highlight of the visit then awaits you in our scenographic space. Sit in the heart of the cellar to live an immersive experience unique in France: a video at 180° is projected directly on the centenary barrels thanks to a mapping technology. Images, music and light show you the history of the Zeyssolff family, the winemaking profession, the grape harvest and our philosophy. A sensory immersion that amazes both wine lovers and families.

The visit ends in our shop with a tasting accompanied by a share of kougelhopf, an Alsatian specialty. Each participant also leaves with a 37.5 cl bottle of artisanal mulled wine and a package of Alsatian biscuits.
