Visit the historic center of the city of Almeria beginning with the Purchena Gate, one of the oldest entrances to the city. From there, walk the old streets whilst discovering the history of the Civil War shelters, the Arabic Cisterns, the Old Square, and the old Muslim Medina, where you will learn about its founder; Jairán.

Moving on, stroll through the cathedral-fortress neighborhood, Plaza Bendicho, and Celia Viñas, not forgetting the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Mar, the School of Arts and Crafts, and the Cervantes Theater.
