What you can expect

  • Live a unique experience in Alghero, in the north-west of Sardinia, by participating in a traditional cooking workshop.
    During the course, you will learn how to create homemade ravioli and malloreddus in a simple and fun way, using only fresh and genuine ingredients. We will start by preparing the dough for fresh pasta, then we will create together your first ravioli and malloreddus, which will be served for dinner with a sauce prepared according to tradition. During the workshop, an appetizer based on local products will be offered, designed to make the experience even richer and more memorable, all accompanied by excellent local wine.
