Exclusive gastronomy and culinary tour with numerous food and wine tastings in Alba accompanied by a certified tour guide! Discover the culinary traditions of Piedmont, one of Italy's most renowned culinary scenes, our traditional recipes and the ancient roots of our history. This unique experience includes stops at an ancient bakery, small shops producing cheeses, salami and truffle products, a local “gastronomia” and a historic café, to offer you a full immersion through food, art and history. This gastronomic tour includes the most relevant sights and corners of the city, alternating history and art with different tastings (cheese, salami, 2 starters, truffle products, 1 pasta (agnolotti al plin or tajarin), hazelnut desserts or chocolate truffles, coffee or ice cream, water, breadsticks and 2 glasses of wine). The amount of food tasted exceeds that of a real lunch! Ideal for a complete introduction to the Langhe culinary scene. Enjoy food and culture, discovering ancient ingredients and the connection between food and history. Enjoy a real open-air lunch.
Please note: there are 2 versions of the tour. The 4-hours one (with more tastings as a lunch) and 2 hours one (with truffle and hazelnut tastings).
