We will meet at the designated meeting point, where you will receive your access wristband for Tsuuk Akumal Natural Park, home to Akumal Beach, one of the most renowned areas for sea turtle watching on the Riviera Maya. Before entering the water, we provide all the necessary equipment: a mask, a new snorkel, and a life jacket, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. We conduct daily reviews of our service and have determined that these times are optimal. (We've added an extra hour to our availability to prioritize avoiding crowds, so we recommend booking between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.) While it's still possible to observe turtles at other times, there's a higher probability of encountering large crowds due to the presence of tour operators. We do this to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

If this is your first time snorkeling, your guide will explain the basics before you begin, making this activity ideal for both beginners and experienced snorkelers.

Once in the water, you'll explore the tranquil Akumal Bay in search of green sea turtles in their natural habitat. You'll also see tropical fish, coral formations, rays, and other species that inhabit this area. In this protected natural area, you must always follow the guide and comply with the rules provided to protect marine life. It is also essential to maintain a respectful and safe distance from these animals. During the activity, your guide will try to capture the best photos of your underwater experience, which are included in the price so you can take home unforgettable memories with the turtles.

After the snorkeling activity, you can stay on the beach and enjoy the sea and the amenities for the rest of the day if you wish. You'll have access to Akumal Beach, which offers amenities such as restrooms, showers, and lockers. If it's your first time snorkeling, your guide will explain the basics before you begin, making this activity ideal for both beginners and experienced snorkelers.

During the experience, your guide will accompany you at all times, showing you the best viewpoints and helping you enjoy the activity safely and comfortably. While you swim, we'll also take photos with a GoPro so you can take home a genuine souvenir of this special moment in the sea. To have your package sent to you upon arrival, you must provide your shipping information (WhatsApp number, your name, and the name of the guide assigned to you); it will be sent the same day or the following day.

We do not manage the parking lot where you will arrive. It costs MXN 100 for the entire day and is completely secure. Guests arriving by car can go directly to this lot and park there. It is the closest and most accessible parking option, as there is no free parking available in Akumal.

Please arrive promptly, 15 minutes before your reservation, as other reservations are scheduled for the following time, and this helps us respect the time of all other guests.
