What you can expect

  • Ajaccio is a beautiful town between the sea and the mountains, with an incredible gastronomy. We'll show you the best places to eat in Ajaccio, far from the tourist traps.

Corsica's gastronomy is probably one of the most interesting in the world and rich in small local producers who have managed to preserve all their know-how. Here, products and seasons are respected.

We'll introduce you to the best local specialties and 100% local products from our favorite artisans. Corsican charcuterie and cheeses of course, ambrucciata, homemade focaccia, chestnut cake, homemade ice cream, and other surprises.

Vegetarians welcome - tastings may vary so we will adapt.
