The hike takes around 3.5 hours, and the elevation gain does not exceed 400 meters (1,312 feet).
Participants must be able to walk for approximately 3 hours.
The exact meeting point will be provided a few days before the hike. It is easily accessible from Aix-en-Provence or Marseille by car or public transportation.
Suitable walking or trail running shoes are mandatory. Anyone wearing unsuitable footwear may be denied access to the hike.
Bring 1.5 liters of water and clothing appropriate for the season: cap, windbreaker, and light or warm clothing.
