Know before you book

  • Please arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 minutes before your experience. Late arrivals may result in missing the first 30 minutes of your experience.
  • This experience includes two rotations, one hour in total (guests are permitted to leave after the first rotation but cannot re-join).
  • Choose from a Traditional, Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free menu when you book.
  • Reach out to service provider directly with any allergies or dietary requirements after booking.
  • This is a shared experience among fellow guests on one table in one of our pods.
  • We operate Challenge 25 - guests consuming alcohol during the experience must present valid ID.
  • This activity is wheelchair accessible (limit 2 wheelchairs per capsule and 8 per time slot).
  • All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • Afternoon Tea on the London Eye is a shared experience, hosted in one of our pods with a table for up to 10 guests.
