Sea

Kayak & SUP Tour: During one of the stops on kayak circuit, enjoy swimming in one of the iconic bays and participate in a stand-up paddleboarding lesson. Continue the kayak circuit along a unique coastal route between Portinho da Arrábida and Praia de Alpertuche, with secret caves and crystal-clear waters.

Speedboat & Soft-Coasteering Tour: Alternatively, enjoy an exciting boat tour along the beaches where you can take a dip. During one of the stops, experience the epic moment of the day with a soft-coasteering adventure, exploring aquatic labyrinths and sea caves and making fun jumps into the water. Land

If you prefer a land-based experience, you can enjoy an Adventure Hike through stunning coastal and mountain landscapes, and add one of the following activities:

Rappel: During your hike, you will stop to experience rappelling (descending by rope). A unique adventure in the heart of nature.

Via Ferrata: At one of the stops, you will overcome an obstacle on a via ferrata, progressing safely on steps and steel cables, which will be the highlight of this route.

Caving: Alternatively, during your hike, you will have the opportunity to discover underground secrets in a cave experience.
