We begin the activity from the city of Mendoza along Route 89, enjoying a beautiful landscape. After approximately two hours of travel we arrive at the position where we will be introduced to the guides who will give us a safety talk and present the day's itinerary. Then we begin the tour walking, entering in a green valley unique in the geography of Mendoza and in the heart of Andes mountain range, crossing streams and enjoying nature that remains intact and pure, spotting flora and fauna such as condors, foxes, hares. We reach 3000 meters above sea level, where we have access to majestic views, being able to see in the distance the foothills, the Potrerillos dam, the Uco valley, the La Carrera valley, and the condor nests on the mountains. We begin the return to the post along different paths. Upon arrival, they await us with a delicious lunch typical of the area that consists of provoleta wrapped in dough as an appetizer, chorizo steak and ember vegetables as the main dish, and homemade flan for dessert, accompanied by a Mendoza wine. After lunch we have time to relax and enjoy, before returning to the city.
