We begin in a private 40-hectare finca, a peaceful and exclusive space where you meet the group and settle into the experience. After a clear and inspiring briefing, you receive your survival kit and dive into the essentials, building your own shelter, learning key knots, and mastering fire-making in a controlled environment, fully aligned with the island’s regulations. Together, you set up the camp and learn how to find and purify water while already feeling the rhythm of a simpler, more grounded way of living. As the sun sets, the atmosphere shifts: Breathwork, ice bath, and meditation invite you into a deeper reset, followed by a warm dinner you cook on your own fire, shared conversations, and a first night under the stars.
