Know before you book

    • Citizens from the United States, Australia, and Canada visiting Argentina for tourism or business must pay a reciprocity fee, and will have to present the payment receipt at the immigration control when entering Argentina from Brazil.

What you can expect

  • Embark on an incredible adventure to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World: Iguazu Falls. A short, 90-minute flight from Argentina's capital, Puerto Iguazú allows easy entrance to Iguazú National Park, site of the spectacular falls and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This tour of 3 nights, let you tour the park with an expert guide and visit both the Argentinian and Brazilian side of the falls.

    Day 1 Make your own way to Jorge Newbery Airfield in Buenos Aires for your 1.5-hour flight to Puerto Iguazu, which sits just across the Iguazú River from Brazil and is only 11 miles (18 km) from Iguazú Falls. On arrival, a driver will bring you to your hotel.

    Day 2 After breakfast at your hotel, start the 30-minute drive across the river and to the Brazilian side of the park. With your guide, walk for roughly 1 hour along a 3,280-foot (1,000-m) path from Das Cataratas Hotel. Then you have free time to enjoy your own packed lunch or to find a nearby restaurant. In the early afternoon, return to Puerto Iguazú and spend the rest of your day at leisure.

    Day 3 Wake up and have a bite to eat before setting out on a 9-hour trip to the Argentinean side of Iguazú Falls. A 2.5-mile (4-km) train ride takes you to the point where the Iguazú River turns into Iguazú Falls.

    Day 4 After breakfast, enjoy more leisure time in Puerto Iguazú to pick up souvenirs or take a walk around town before you are transferred to the airport for your flight back to Buenos Aires.
