Day 1 Catch an early morning flight out of istanbul and meet up with your guide when you land in Cappadocia. Waste no time catching a ride to the lunar-like Devrent Valley, where rock stacks known as “fairy chimneys” rise up out of the valley floor as the result of thousands of years of steady erosion. in Goreme, check out the weather-worn frescoes of a historic open-air chapel, and then take in 360-degree views of the area from vantage points atop Uchisar Castle.
Day 2 After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, devote your day to investigating the dwellings, chapels, monasteries, and cities carved out of Cappadocia's ubiquitious volcanic rock-littered landscapes. Visit the Kaymakli Underground City and learn about the Christians who hid here during periods of Roman persecution before cruising through the Pigeon Valley, where the main attraction isn't hard to guess but is sure to fascinate.
Day 3 See more underground sites at Derinkuyu Underground City and the Selime Monastery. Wander nature trails that wind through the rugged canyons ihlara Valley, and grab lunch at a locally loved restaurant along the way.
Day 4 Breakfast at hotel and departure after breakfast for a morning Safari ride, Evening roll back to the airport for your return flight to Istanbul.
