We start the tour by meeting in Misurina, at the foot of the most iconic Dolomites, and then take a transfer by car along the scenic road that leads us to the Rifugio Auronzo, at an altitude of 2,320 meters. Even during the ascent, our gaze opens up to spectacular scenery, among woodlands and sheer rock walls.
From the mountain hut, we begin the hike on trails that require a minimum of mountain experience and lead us to a prime vantage point from which we can admire the Three Peaks of Lavaredo in all their grandeur. A little further on, we also enjoy the view of three small alpine lakes nestled at the foot of the walls, which offer views of great charm and a unique atmosphere that only the Dolomites can provide.
After fully enjoying the experience at high altitude, we return to the Rifugio Auronzo and descend again to Misurina, where a lunch break awaits us in a typical alpine hut. Here we can enjoy traditional local dishes, prepared with authentic ingredients, in a scenic and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxing after the hike.
In the afternoon, we continue to Lake Braies, considered one of the most beautiful Alpine lakes in the world. Once there, we walk the path that goes all the way around the lake: a simple and extremely evocative route, among woods, panoramic views, and emerald waters that reflect the surrounding mountains.
During the walk, we take the time to observe and photograph the landscape, enjoying ever-changing views of the lake and the natural environment that surrounds it.
At the end of the visit, we return to the starting point, concluding together a day full of iconic landscapes, nature, and all the beauty of the Dolomites.
Upon request, we can organize the tour in reverse, starting from Lake Braies and then continuing towards the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, with a meeting point in Dobbiaco.
