What you can expect

  • Across the family estate and using all five of your senses, Patrick invites you to follow the evolution of Cognac brandy from his traditional distillery, through his aging cellar, to the tasting glass.
    Smell, taste from the barrel, and touch to understand the deep connection between this artisan and his terroir!

    An independent winemaker, Patrick Drouet passionately crafts elixirs that are served at the finest Michelin-starred restaurants! Carefully nurtured from the vine to the bottle on the family estate dating back to 1848, his 100% Premier Cru Grande Champagne cognacs and his Pineaux des Charentes win awards every year.
    The tour ends with a tasting of the iconic drinks of Charente: your choice of Cognac, Pineau, liqueur, or even non-alcoholic juice.

    Another activity on offer: in summer, extend the experience with a Charentais picnic in the middle of the vineyards with a panoramic view.
