What you can expect

  • Throughout the family estate and using all five of your senses, Patrick invites you to follow the evolution of Cognac brandy from his traditional distillery, through his aging cellar, to the tasting glass.
    Smell, taste from the barrel, and touch to understand the deep connection between this artisan and his terroir!

    An independent winemaker, Patrick Drouet passionately crafts elixirs that can be found at the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants! Carefully nurtured from the vine to the bottle on the family estate dating back to 1848, his 100% Premier Cru Grande Champagne cognacs and his Pineaux des Charentes win awards every year.
    The tour ends with a tasting of the iconic drinks of Charente: your choice of Cognac, Pineau, Liqueur or even non-alcoholic juice.

    Another activity on offer: in summer, extend the experience with a Charentais picnic in the middle of the vineyards, with a panoramic view.
