Tips

Know before you book

If you weigh 220 pounds (100 kg) or more, you must notify the local operator.
If you are pregnant or have limited mobility, you should not take part.
Children must have at least 6 years old to board on a balloon.
Tour is dependent on the right weather conditions, can be re-scheduled or cancelled with full refund.
Flights are operated by the morning only, starts between 6 AM and 8 AM according to season.
Hotel pick up can be possible, just contact local operator after booking to study this option.

What you can expect

Watch the unspoiled Catalan landscape spread out under your feet as you ascend into the sky. See the sun sprinkle colors over the mountains and shimmer on the sea below. Marvel at breathtaking views from your vantage point on a hot air balloon.

An early start means you can snap brilliant pictures of the Catalan landscape as the sun rises. Leave Barcelona behind; your balloon adventure begins with a short ride by 4-wheel-drive vehicle to the takeoff area. After inflating the balloon (a process you may take part in) you're ready to rise. Your balloon floats to 3,000 feet (914 m) in a route directed by the wind. The air experience will last up to 1 hour 1/4 minutes.

Listen to your pilot point out the most significant details about the landscape below you. This is an opportunity to take pictures and bring home some wonderful memories of the Montserrat Natural Park and the glistening waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Upon landing, enjoy a tasty picnic with sparkling cava and collect your flight certificate before driving back to Barcelona.
