Activity itinerary

MTB course that combines technical improvement in MTB without sacrificing Bike Tours on the island: 3 lessons of 1 hour each on 3 consecutive days that then allow you to have time to go out on Tour (even for small groups). These are all topics that will be covered, and adapted, to your/your level of experience: Basic position (limbs, gaze, center of gravity); The centrality; Basic bike setup (levers, tire pressure etc); Behaviors and attitudes during a descent; Curving technique; Management of slope changes. Steep and changes of slope; Being soft and fluid; Bunny hop.
