Good price for a hotel in the heart of Yokohama. Quieter and more friendly than Tokyo, with a lot of great nearby sights to see. Staff were friendly and a generous breakfast buffet was included.

Check in was kind of a disaster. They don’t check anyone in until 3pm so while guests are arriving a little early waiting around the lobby gets really congested so when 3pm comes around the line is really long. To make things even longer, they had two people at the desk checking guests in and then three machines to self check in and two employees helping guests use these machines which things probably would have been faster if all of their agents were at the desk checking people in…just my opinion. Other than that the hotel is nice, my room was really clean, small but clean. Check out process was with machines they rolled out and it took but thirsty seconds. I would stay here again.

Excellent waterside property. Ideal for those who just finished landing at Haneda and need a quick overnight before taking Shinkansen.

This is my favorite area of the Tokyo -Yokohama metro and I always stay in this hotel. Clean and a comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before but this time the room was filthy. I suffer from house dust allergy and when i looked under the bed there were dust piled up. I was too tired to ask for a room change. I had to move the bed a little bit so the house keeping could clean it the next day.
I booked a room with 2 beds this time and it felt smaller than 1 person in 1 bedroom.
There were mold in the bathroom. The handle for shower head was corroded. Overall it felt filthy.
